Kanak Verma is a current fourth-year, dual-degree M.D./M.P.H. student at the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth. She graduated from Rutgers University in 2013 with a Bachelor's degree in Genetics and Public Health. Kanak first became involved with the Finding the Value Project during her M.P.H. year at the Dartmouth Institute for Health Policy & Clinical Practice (TDI). She is excited to be part of the team’s effort to explore new and innovative methods of engaging patients to improve health outcomes. Kanak will be pursuing a Pediatrics residency after completing medical school next year.
